Revitalise 3 Times a Day

ON AN EMPTY STOMACH - 30 MINUTES BEFORE BREAKFAST, LUNCH & DINNER. AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE BED.

Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV): Known for aiding digestion, boosting metabolism, and regulating blood sugar levels.  


Lemon Juice: Provides vitamin C and antioxidants, supporting immune function and detoxification.  


Turmeric: Contains curcumin, which has anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.  


Cinnamon: Helps regulate blood sugar and has anti-inflammatory effects.  


Cayenne Pepper: Boosts metabolism and aids digestions.  


Honey: Offers a natural sweetness and has antimicrobial properties.  


Hot Water but if you're needing a straw then can only use warm water: to help activate the digestive system more than cold. Help loosen clogged sinuses. Improve blood flow.

DRINK YOUR BODY TO HEALTH

1 x Tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar  

1 x Tablespoon of Lemon Juice  

1/4 teaspoon of Organic Turmeric  

1/4 teaspoon of Organic Cinnamon  

1/4 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper  

1/2 Tablespoon Organic Honey  

1 Cup Warm Water then drink all through a straw to protect your tooth enamel.

  • 1 to 1½ Coconut water (adjust for desired consistency)

  • Chia seeds soaked in coconut water
